These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of tprsociety.com and to orders submitted through The Peptides Research Society (TPRS). By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website or submit an order.

2. Research-Use Only

Products offered through this website are intended for research purposes only and are not for human consumption. Information on this website is provided for general educational and research-related purposes and is not medical advice.

3. Website Accounts and Referrals

A website account is required to browse product catalogs and place an order. Skool community membership is optional and separate from the website account. Referral rewards become available after a newly referred customer’s first order is confirmed paid. Only one reward or discount may be used per order.

4. Product Information

Product availability, pricing, strengths, quantities, packaging, labeling, COA availability, and vendor offerings may vary by group buy or vendor. Please review each listing carefully before submitting an order. If a listing specifically states that a COA or vial label is included, that statement applies to that listing only.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. We may review an order before confirming it. Orders are not considered finalized until required payment information or payment proof has been received and the order has been accepted.

Please review products, strengths, quantities, shipping information, and payment details before submitting. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment proof may be required for manual payment methods. Submission of payment proof does not automatically mean payment has been confirmed; payment may remain under review until verified.

7. Fees and Shipping

Applicable processing fees, shipping charges, and vendor-specific charges are displayed before an order is submitted. Separate vendors may require separate carts, checkouts, and shipping charges. Estimated delivery or group-buy timelines are estimates only and may change due to vendor, testing, carrier, customs, or other delays outside our control.

8. Final Sales and Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or differs from your confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Please include your order number and photos when applicable. Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

9. Group Buys and Preorders

Group-buy and preorder dates, estimated timelines, testing steps, product availability, and other terms may differ from one event to another. Event-specific information shown on the applicable ordering page controls for that group buy or preorder.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use another person’s member or checkout credentials without permission.

11. Availability and Errors

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product information, or technical issues when identified. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you to review the issue before fulfillment.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, TPRS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, vendor delays, customs issues, service outages, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of this page indicates the current version.
