Returns & Order Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your products, strengths, quantities, shipping information, and payment details carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or differs from your confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Please include your order number and photos of the package and items when applicable. Each reported issue is reviewed individually. Reporting an issue does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Final-Sale Items

Group-buy and preorder items are final sale. Because these orders are placed based on submitted customer orders, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, strength, or quantity.
